Ravin Session, originally from Northern, NJ, begin her career in the real estate industry over 20 years ago with a commercial leasing company in Garfield, NJ. Quickly gaining knowledge and experience, she assumed the role of Property Manager to a 5+ million square-foot Class B portfolio with over 40+ tenants on its roster.
Upon relocating to South Carolina in 2014 she continued to advance her career in real estate by venturing into general brokerage sales where she acquired local knowledge and exposure within the vast sales market of North and South Carolina. Becoming a real estate broker in 2021 she eventually opened her own brokerage Home Run Realty LLC in January 2022.
Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to widen the broad-spectrum of her real estate portfolio into becoming licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator and deciding to join the Palmetto First Mortgage Family.
With her expansive knowledge of the real estate industry, she is sure to bring her clients a full realm of expertise, possessing the necessary tools needed to effectively help her clients navigate their current and future real estate transactions.
When asked what she hopes to accomplish in this new role, she replied,
